本综述旨在探讨近年来COPD患者认知衰弱的研究进展，通过探讨25(OH)D、PNI及睡眠质量在COPD和认知衰弱方面的临床意义和作用，提出新型综合干预模式，以期改善患者长期预后及生活质量。
