女性阴道是一个独特的动态微生态系统，阴道微生物群在维持其生态平衡方面起着至关重要的作用。作为优势菌属，乳杆菌对于维持阴道微生态稳定不可或缺。各类阴道炎症都与微生态失衡密切相关。因此，全面了解乳杆菌与阴道微生态之间的关系，不仅有助于阴道炎症的精准诊断和优化治疗，对于预防其发生和复发也具有重要意义。本综述对乳杆菌在阴道微生态中的作用进行了深入探讨。
