RAGE及其相应信号通路在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的研究进展

口腔鳞状细胞癌(Oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)和糖尿病是当前重要的公共卫生问题。AGEs(Advanced glycation end-product,晚期糖基化终末产物)通过其受体RAGE(Receptor for Advanced Glycation End Products,晚期糖基化终末产物受体)激活多条细胞信号传导路径,包括NF-κB、MAPK、PI3K/Akt、JAK/STAT等,促进炎症反应、细胞增殖、迁移和存活,进而加速癌症的进展和糖尿病并发症的恶化。本文综述了RAGE及其信号通路在OSCC中的作用机制,探讨了抑制这些信号通路作为潜在治疗策略的可行性。
