文章摘要
脊柱外科作为骨科学的一大分支,其中脊柱感染的诊断和治疗依赖于临床医生的经验,容易误诊。影像组学可以从常规的影像学资料中提取高维数据进行建模及数据分析,给临床医生的诊断提供重要依据,对脊柱感染诊断的准确性具有一定指导意义。本文简要介绍了影像组学概念、工作流程,回顾了在骨科学中的应用,讨论了其局限性及未来的努力方向。
