目的：探讨一例种植牙患者术中突发异物误吸案例，以提高口腔诊疗过程中异物误吸的应急护理能力。方法：对患者进行有效的心理疏导，采取合适的体位与呼吸道护理方法，协助医生拍片诊断，对发生的异物误吸进行积极处理，做好详细护理记录。结果：异物顺利取出，手术正常完成。结论：口腔科器械多数体积较小且锋利，应采取术前准备与宣教、术中观察与提示、做好器械管理等有效预防措施，尽量降低口腔诊疗过程中异物误吞及误吸风险；一旦发生误吞误吸，应当熟知处理方案，并正确及时地采取应急措施。
