膝关节骨性关节炎作为中老年人高发病之一，一直困扰着中老年人的正常生活，特别是从事重体力劳动，运动员，常年家务，长时间办公久坐的人员，随着年纪增大，骨性关节炎的症状会愈加显著，严重影响日常生活，更有甚者会出现双下肢动弹不得，而关节置换则是治疗终末期骨性关节炎的重要途径之一。个人认为，该疾病应重在预防，改变现有的生活方式，加强理疗和相关预防措施。
