心肌梗死发生后梗死节段心肌收缩功能降低,室壁运动不对称,左心室内血流状态发生改变,进而造成血流动力学的紊乱,血流动力学的改变与心血管疾病的发生和发展有关。目前,评估左心室血流动力学对于超声心动图和常规相位对比心脏磁共振来说仍具有挑战性,四维血流磁共振成像(Four-dimensional flow magnetic resonance imaging,4D Flow MRI)技术可以实现左心室血流动力学的全面3D可视化和量化。本文概述了4D Flow MRI技术的原理及其在评估心肌梗死患者左心室腔内血流动力学参数方面的应用。
