目的:【摘 要】:背景: 【摘 要】:背景:健康推广计划旨在为埃塞俄比亚农村社区服务,在提高计划生育、产前护理、产后护理、生育准备、 出生后立即开始母乳喂养和艾滋病毒检测的利用率方面带来了重大变化。关于结核病(TB)的预防和控制,TB患者认为 他们从HEW那里了解到了TB,一些患者表示,如果没有HEW的工作,他们不可能被诊断出来。HEW侧重于社区教育、嫌 疑人识别、将嫌疑人转介至医疗机构、支持坚持治疗、找回缺席者和追踪接触者。目的:本次审查的目的是评估埃塞俄比 亚卫生推广工作者在预防和控制结核病方面的作用。方法:通过PubMed、谷歌学术和Science Direct数据库进行计算机系 统搜索。在根据标题、摘要和消除冗余对文章的相关性进行审查后,本次审查包括了五篇文章。提交给原文章的研究,检 查HEW对结核病预防的贡献的研究,在埃塞俄比亚进行的研究;以英语撰写的研究被纳入综述。结果:HEW发现了大量 有结核病症状的人群,这是结核病预防和消除策略的基础。卫生推广工作人员不仅确定了新患者,还确定了复治者(违约 者),他们是多药耐药结核病(MDR-TB)的主要成因。从HEW确定的结核病嫌疑人中,发现大多数人对该疾病呈阳性。 卫生推广工作人员仍然是确定结核嫌疑人并将患者转诊到卫生设施的卫生工作人员。他们也是与结核病相关的社区健康教 育者的来源。
